The term tipping point is well overused and fundamentally misunderstood. We use the phrase indiscriminately whenever something happens out of the ordinary. As such, its meaning has become severely diluted and the phrase no longer communicates any real peril. Reaping the Whirlwind is today’s subject and reflects a confluence of events, thinking, realities, and currents that are rippling through our lives with ever-increasing power and consequence. We are moving from the conceptual to the actual. From skirting along the edges to looking into the maw of the abyss.
